How much is shipping in the USA?

Shipping in USA is $8 on orders over $75. Free shipping on orders over $75.

 

How many business days is shipping in USA?

Once the order is shipped it will take 2-5 business days for the order to arrive in the USA. 

 

Where are you located? 

We are located in Somerset, NJ, USA. We are online shop only. 

 

How long does shipping take to Canada?

The shipping takes about 2-7 business days or 7-21 depending on what shipping you choose at checkout.

 

Does the necklace sets includes tikka and earrings? 

Most necklaces contain the earrings and tikka if included in the pictures of the product. 

 

What if my order is urgent? 

Please text us at 631-478-4569 for overnight shipping (ranges over $30 in USA and depends on weight). If your order is urgent please message if you do regular shipping so we can ship as soon as possible. 

 

Can I order for a bridesmaids order?

Please text us to place an bridesmaid order for a piece you like on our website or a design you have in mind.

 

Do you sell more bridal sets?

please text us to see designs or let us know which designs you like and we will happily send some options.

 

I’m unsure the size of earrings or the pieces?

Please text us or contact us before purchasing if unsure of size of earrings or our pieces. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Do we have in store appointments? 
We are currently not selling in person and we do not have a physical store. Stay tuned on our Instagram page. 

Do you offer pick up orders? 

We do offer pick up orders. We are located in Somerset, NJ, USA. Pickup orders can be placed on our website at checkout.

 

How long has Designs by Lucky been open? 

We opened our shop back in November 2019 by Lucky Patel. 

 

Do you offer exchanges or returns? 

All sales are final. If you need to see the size of a product please contact us. We will provide pictures of us wearing the products if necessary. I highly suggest reaching out to me if you arent sure of the size of the product because we do not offer returns or exchanges. Some of our products are oversized size.
